I would just like to say 'Thank you' for helping us out of a jam on Saturday last. I had a stroke a year ago, my wife has just had a hip operation and we have recently moved house. We ran out of gas, which runs our hot water and heating on Friday and had an emergency delivery at 08.15 on Saturday morning. Good old fashioned service.

I can't tell you how grateful I am for delivering kerosene within hours.

Last year boiler juice delivered fuel two weeks late which left me without heating for 1 week! I found out the hard way that there is no accountability in those broker style oil companies and kept blaming me for apparent failed deliveries.

I have used Sodbury Fuels twice and received perfect service even managing to get a tanker out to me same day when I had run out of fuel.

Sodbury fuels will be my go-to for heating oil in the future.

This year we moved into a rented property having never operated an oil tank before.

After running out of oil (and a huge panic) Sodbury Fuels were there to save the day!

This company is the best! They were able to get oil out to us two days after calling. We did contact other oil companies who couldn't get out to us until end of January 2025 despite having no heating or hot water.

Claire, Andy and the lovely gentleman that delivered the oil provided exceptional customer service as well as educating us on our oil tank to help us in the future. What more can you ask?

Seriously these guys are the BEST. I moved over to them two years ago and it was the very best decision. Couldn't ask for better service. They're also a really fabulous bunch of people.

Not only are they incredibly quick to deliver but their prices are excellent.

We were stuck without any gas to heat our home during the snow. One call to Lisa to explain and within a couple of hours, Andy showed up at the door with gas canisters to hand.

A first for me and a complete unknown. Neighbour recommended I used Sodbury Fuels for my gas. A small local company, who pride themselves on offering a friendly, professional service.

First delivery was all a blur to me. Was more concerned about the look of these brut size canisters. This week sorted my second delivery. Felt slightly more in control. Andy delivered today, perfect. Explained again to me what to do. He explains the first time but not a single word did I take in. Today, hopefully I've understood far more. Did he make me feel like an idiot? No he did not. The pride he has with Lisa, in his business just shone through. Excellent service.

As a regular customer, I have not found a more efficient and helpful company than Sodbury Fuels. When we recently ran out of oil the delivery was promised the following day and by 7.30am the next morning I had a full tank. I would recommend this company to anyone who has an oil boiler.

I realised on Saturday that my heating oil gauge had stuck and I didn't have as much as I thought, I dropped Andy from Sodbury Fuels a WhatsApp message explaining my situation that I was going to need more oil

After returning from work on Monday I noticed a delivery ticket from Sodbury Fuels for a delivery for my heating oil, and he didn't rip me of on the price, how good is that.
